4 · Photos

Travellers book with their eyes — 3–5 good daytime photos make the listing.

📸 After you submit, simply reply to our confirmation email with your photos attached (min 1200px wide, your own photos). Exterior, sauna room, amenities, and your best view.

5 · Agreement

Payouts (88% of each booking, monthly — by the 5th of each calendar month, covering the previous month's confirmed bookings) go to your bank account — we'll collect your IBAN securely during final onboarding, not on this form.
